That’s rare in Europe. But federalism comes with a trade-off:
Onboarding complexity.

The system was designed for people growing up inside it.
Not for people entering it mid-stream.


Switzerland doesn’t need less federalism.
It needs clearer entry points.


Structure is the strength.
